apparently one of the first things we're using this to 'cure' is diabetes.

nanomachines to supply the host with insulin as needed.

Nice montage. I'm looking forward to being able to pick up a bucket of programmable (non-military grade) nano paste for $99.

^ooh, looks good. I have read Wil McCarthy's SF stuff - loved Bloom. And have been looking for new stuff of his in the library in the fiction section. I'll have to check this out in the non-fiction area.

In the new Day the Earth Stood Still...that was a good special effect of the dangers of "grey goo".
