this was at a gas station at the honda plant in marysville, ohio.

the man was trying to call an attendant inside the building for help, not smoking. being japanese, i don’t think he could understand that the button he was pressing was in case of fire. i’m sure there is a japanese translation there now.

I don't see any smoking going on in this scene.
