In case you fellow nerds were curious why the doctor was elated, removing every speck of a sticky, gunky glioma from around the brainstem can be a very harrowing ordeal (brainstem controls lungs, heart,... very basic things), while removing a little worm, well... he just pulled the little beast out!

I guess we have an explanation for quantummushroom now...
