legacy0100says...I always had trouble differentiating 'sweating' the onion and 'caramelizing' in my own kitchen.
You cook the onion, that's sweating. You cook the onion some more till it burns a little, that's.... a failure.
How exactly do you 'caramelize' onions???
alien_conceptsays...Don't you have to add a little brown sugar to caramelise? And sweating the onions off is cokking them in oil on a low to medium heat so they become transparent
