The worldly obsesion for these trains is amazing. There was a group in the last town I lived that had this huge track that they set up in some unoccupied store space at the mall. The track itself was about 10' x 40', had a full city surrounding it, with tunnels, bridges, multiple trains etc. It didn't make any money but it was a big draw for the mall itself. I think they were given the space for free just as an attraction!

It was the small track (N Scale??), The hand sized engine and cars - not the big ones...
