The other embed is essentially broken, which I discovered when I tried to sift it a couple of days earlier. Isn't the consensus that we shouldn't have region-blocked videos on the sift? So, if this video is appropriate for the sift, and the other one isn't, then this cannot be a dupe.

My understanding is that if a video is dead it needs to be replaced. That's the whole point of the dead pool. Otherwise the sift would be overrun with dupes. The dead video should be fixed and this should be discarded.
