Milwaukee flood disaster video

In Milwaukee on July 22nd they got 7.5 inches of rain in just 2 hours.

Great footage, but this is very dangerous. Flash floods can flash higher and it doesn't have to be raining; something changes upstream then whamo, 2 feet becomes 8 feet and your dead. Friend of mine is a rescue diver and he snatches corpses of kids like these all the time, tragic.
