Mass graves in Egypt for pigs

Thousands upon thousands of pigs are being slaughtered in Egypt, supposedly to prevent pig flu, though the flu doesn't pass from pig to human and there have been no reported cases in Egypt. To get at the real reason why this is happening, you need to know that Coptic Christians are the only ones to raise pigs in Egypt, and losing all of their livestock puts quite a dent on their finances. This is a case of blatant racism, with a religious and ethnic minority being scapegoated.
