This time Maangchi makes Black bean noodles called "Jja Jang Myun" (짜장면). One of my favorites. Mmmm... :D
Her shirt is silly! :P

BTW, I think she meant Potato starch. And although her recipe is a very typical one, I do know there are other ways to sweeten the Jjajang sauce without adding sugar (i/e shit load of white onions )
