(youtube) April 2010, NeverWet introduces their first product the Clean & Clear plunger. Imagine a plunger that never gets wet, never gets dirty and best of all virtually never lets any bacteria adhere to its surface. Nanotech coatings prevent water from ever touching a products surface thus making that product super hydrophobic, or easier said, super water repellent.

it may actually change plumbing codes one day which specify pipe rise/fall over distance based on liklihood of adhesion and such

Someone find the sift from earlier this year about the catsup bottle that reacted the same way. I wonder if they use the same coating?

^IIR, it's the same. Strange that they chose a plunger as their first product. Mixed reviews on Amazon, but they'll probably sell a million of them.
