The baby is birthed in water, in the caul, in the occiput-posterior position and is 8lb 6oz.

All 4 of my kids were born in the water like this (and one in the same model of tub even) but we didn't let them hang out like this with their heads out. This video bothers me a bit I don't trust that its OK let the little guy hang out and be like that.
