In this educational "public service" spot, the Human Giant teaches kids to keep safe by staying away from the Lesson Van. That is, of course, unless the Info Minute Van's broken down in which case the Lesson Van is a safer than the Info Van. But watch out for the Bad Man in the Blue Shirt!
