Just watched the whole episode - it was kind of touching how he thanked so many people at the end. He seems like a truly nice guy. Is Max going with him?

That's too bad about the Max Weinberg 7. I always liked how the show would do skits featuring one or more members. "Small Talk" moments with Max were hilarious.
