KIRK & SPOCK: Star Trek AD 1973

In the early 70s, TV executives approached Gene Roddenberry with a view to resurrecting STAR TREK for a contemporary audience. This is all that remains of the never-transmitted pilot.

This is just a mash-up of T.J. Hooker and other non-Trek work the two actors did the 70s and 80s. 1973 was when the Star Trek animated series came out.

If you really want terrible, and from a show that nearly made it an entire season, check out the low budget attempt to resurrect Battlestar Galactica: Galactica 1980 (it's on hulu.com or torrent it).

I love it. They used some bits from Nimoy's "Baffled" pilot.
