We see it. It's just really really hard to get a large group of people to agree on anything.

Its a bit hard to take this very seriously with the emotional music and a very one-sided view of things. Not a mention of the Cuban regime's murder of its own people, for instance.

It ends up feeling like the very propaganda its protesting against.

I wouldn't call anything in here untruthful, only one-sided (I agree with Engels on that). He treats Chavez with kid gloves (for example lightly glossing over Chavez taking control of the country for 18-months when he by-passed parliament or Chavez's increasing move away from capitalism towards socialism). But I suspect, as I said in the last post, that's because the film is meant to be counter-point rather than a "truth-finding" film. The truth most likely lies somewhere in between these two portraits (Western media and the film) and to find it I would rather rely on more unbiased information such as that from Amnesty International.

^Do you believe Venezuelans should not have the right to choose their own leaders and economic systems. American entitlement and arrogance aside, their 'socialist' democracy is on the rise as our violent capitalist plutocracy collapses.

Their amnesty international report is pretty mild when compared to our own. We could learn a thing or two from Chavez.
