It's a pretty sharp contrast from this http://rawstory.com/rawreplay/?p=3860 where people actually laugh and cheer at talk about someone getting lynched.

I think he is actually trying to LEGITIMIZE them.

Looks like he is making fun of media coverage of the people who go in to shout down, rather than debate the issue. I ve been to many town halls in oregon and if someone has point people will listen, and maybe change their minds. It doesnt help your cause if you come of anfry or in some cases ignorant.
