Hyper-efficient Lunch Delivery in Bombay, India

This lunch delivery service transports home-cooked meals to the office. Their 5,000 members are mainly illiterate, but only make 1 error per million deliveries.

I'm not sure, but I think the lunches are delivered hot thanks to the metal tins. I was offered people's home cooking but was sheltered from eating anything that my puny western immune system couldn't handle
