How to properly coil a cable

This is my preferred technique when rigging down with my band. It makes the cables behave like a dream the next time you're using them.

This is exactly what I was talking about on the electrician's braid video. Over-undering cables is THE best way to keep smaller, more flexible cables twist and knot free. For REALLY big cables or cable bundles (like for on-site production trucks sometimes we'd have bundles of 4 thick cables or more), the figure 8 method works great.
