How to make Phat-Thai (Pad-Thai)

From YT:

"This Thai-style fried noodle (Phat-Thai, or Pad-Thai) can be found at Thai restaurants everywhere. Why go out... when you can make your own!"

2-3 cups phat (pad) Thai noodle (soaked in warm water 3-5 minutes)
1/4 lb raw shrimps/pork/chicken or beef
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 tbsp shallot (sliced)
2 green onion (slice into 1 inch)
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar or tamarind sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soy
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

DIRECTIONS: Well, just watch the video. :)

^I, Issykitty, would like to add some personal recommendations: Serve this with fresh lime wedges. Also, use chopped cilantro instead of parsley as a garnish and sprinkled all over. Super yum yum!

I love Thai food, but I personally dislike this dish. And my level of discontent towards this dish may reach as far as 'HATING' it.

The unseasoned sprouts, the randomly thrown in egg that doesn't serve any purpose besides a lazy mean to say 'this dish needs protein, so i'll just crack an egg in it'... *BARF
