Well, It's not snuff as nobody dies here.
It's hard to watch because ... well ... this guy just got a hole in his head which leads directly to his brain !

He must scare the crap out of the kids in his neighborhood.

The grandma of my friend had something similar. Half her forehead was missing incl. the part of the brain behind it. She hid it pretty well with her hair, but one time I saw and it scared the shit out of me. I was like 12 years old back then.
