Simple suburi, i like these kinds of videos.

More advanced movements take a lot of time to perfect.

Dont concentrate just on your hands, move your hips it makes it easier to twirl with out the arms getting tired.

Am I the only person who thought the staff was eventually going to fly out the window?

Learned this stuff in Tang Soo Do. Fun stuff, but people drop the staves all the frickin time. Don't do this next to the window. =)
