They think the poor critter got bit by something...it went untreated until the raised area showed up under it's hide...

I was eating peach yogurt when I started watching this ._.

I've seen something of this nature on the sift before, I think it was for a cow though.
Looks like it's a really nasty infection, must be so much better without all that still inside.
