From Found Footage Fest: This clip from a video entitled "How to be a Real Man," found at a flea market in Berea, Ohio, shows hip teenagers that life isn't only about Demolition Man posters, Counting Crows CDs and dressing like a bumbling undercover cop at a gay bar. It's also about slightly incorrect Spanish translations and punching your friends in the face for no reason.

Yo loco por Jesus.

I'm a christian. This video does not represent my faith. If it's a parody by some group I'm really not offended by this. If it's not though, I am horrifically offended and would like to speak with the nuts in charge.

From the overall style though I'd say it's gotta be a parody, mostly because even amongst the most extreme fundamentalists punching out your friends to 'let your light shine' borders on blasphemous. But then there are those Westboro Baptists out there so nothing's impossible.

There need to be a lot more Christians openly standing up and openly condemning groups like them. The fact that protests over abortion and gay marriage out rank the protests against false fronts like Westboro is a sad commentary on self-identified 'Christians'. From were I sit it seems that Christ like people wanting to follow christ are the minority in the 'christian' community.

sadness.
