Somebody was performing an unauthorized remodeling of their apartment and they demolished a load-bearing wall.

At the start of the video they are saying that a crack near 5th floor is getting wider. Then when they pan down you can see bunch of rubble on the ground. I guess they saw the building was starting to fall apart and they decided to record it.

So the collapse of this building was in fact an inside job?
