Interesting. I know that this is just how our world is - I eat my share of chicken and eggs - but I couldn't help but find this video depressing.

This so horrible. If there are aliens with UFOs, they could never treat humans badly enough to make up for what the whole species has coming. Anal probes would be a spa treatment compared to what we have done to other intelligent animals.

The mechanized efficiency of this is so ghastly.. To newborn chicks. Like rolls of tape or any other doodad on the shelves of WalMart.

I might just be a bad person but I didn't feel bad for them, all I could think about was fried chicken, chicken kabobs, grilled chicken, and chicken soup.

Kinda stressful way to spend your first few hours, rolling around conveyor belts.

But.... I think there is still a difference between willfully harming someone/thing and killing for food. Then again, who knows what those aliens eat. Maybe we have it coming after all.

I've begun to try eating less meat.
