"I choose to live my life according to the scripture" -- lies and lying, why doesn't he call him on it? Although he does a pretty good job of getting in their face. From Dan Savage's blog, here comes the obvious: And for the millionth time: We've learned to ignore what the bible says about women, virginity, masturbation, slavery, pork, lobster, beards, etc., etc., etc. We going to have to learn to ignore what the bible says about homosexuality.

He's a very nice and reasonable preacher. I pretty much hate religion but religion would be a better thing if there were more preachers that thought like him (or at least think like he's pretending to think)
