Election to public office is determined by one criteria only: Popularity. Many politicians have been less than sharp about various things -- Our current Congress seems to exemplify this fact. I fully support calling them out on it when it occurs, regardless of whether or not the person doing the calling had any impact on their election.

That being said, I support Kucinich and his motion to impeach. All I'm saying it that if someone has a reasoned argument as to why he's an idiot, I'd like to hear it.

^err... if they are both sane and rational, how come they come to completely different conclusions about how to run the country? surely, rationally, there is only one way that works best, and the other guy is flat wrong.

but anyway about the clip, i like kucinich's style in this whole "justice" quest. His words will be recorded. Maybe nothing will happen, but boy it's important that these words are recorded somewhere important.

And he is right, they did wrong, so they should be punished. How you can argue against that is totally beyond me. How you can leave the guy running the country for a second term i don't know, it's beyond me.

At least bush hasn't tried to pull any "state of emergency" third term bullshit ...seems like him and putin know what to do... install a puppet on your way out.

I disagree with most of Kucinich's politics, but I think he's dead right about this one. It's too bad others can't label a spade as a spade.
