Youtube description: Luckily this tandem instructor's negligence ends without casualty. This 80 year-old grandma does a tandem skydive for her birthday and nearly falls out of the harness because it's not properly adjusted prior to exit. Certainly not your typical tandem jump, but WOW is this scary. Barf.

So what exactly happened there? straps not tight enough? I got the impression she had second thoughts when she got to the door the way the instructor kept pushing her hands away from the door edge.
