This is not even the sickest part of this film... really, not for the squeamish. Directed by Takashi Miike, Gozu means 'cow head', and if you watch the film you'll understand the title... you'll also acquire a new revulsion for breast milk, yum, yum!

I remember this movie as being very, very...unique would be the best word.

It kind of has a David Lynch quality to it... two guys on a road trip (nevermind that they're yakuza and one is going crazy) roll into this strange town full of demented characters and strange happenings with highly symbolic overtones... basically a mindfuck.
