Government to Government Action in the face of racism

Kids did good in school. Rewarded with a hockey game. And the elementary age kids were splashed with beer and taunted. From the news article: Eagle Sales of the Black Hills, a beer distributorship, rents a skybox from which the alleged harassment came. President Tom Helland has said guests in the company's suite exhibited poor behavior, and he has apologized to the students.

That's really crappy.

It sure sounds to me like step one should be that Eagle Sales gives all the kids another free trip to another game where they get to sit in the skybox and show the rest of the crowd how to behave properly.
Step 2 should be Eagle Sales turning over the names of those they allowed to use the skybox and video of what they did to authorities. (this may have happened, no way for me to know).
If they don't follow through and make this right, this is going to come back to haunt them.
....a follow up would be good here when and if there is one.
