This brings back a flood of memories for me. At the time, this movie was my favorite movie. And to this day, I still love it. How is it that most of my favorite movies have Steven Spielberg's paw prints all over it?

I dont know? Maybe because Stephen invented the blockbuster. He was a bad ass in the 80's for sure.

I was 17 in 1985 and I've never seen the Goonies. I've seen clips but never the entire film. Dunno why.

Wow, has it been that long already? I saw the Goonies back in the theaters in 1985 and it's still in my top 5 today. I wish I could head up to Astoria for the reunion this summer. Will have to make plans for the next one. So glad they keep having reunions.

why didn't they all do the truffle shuffle?
