Yea Google! Corporate America is pissing its pants to see a company treat its employees like humans instead of property.

Reminds me that I need to apply there...

I believe this is all possible just because google is doing so well financially. If it was under budget, I'm pretty sure all these great benefits and free stuff would be halted.

It's just the perks of working with the winning team.

Maybe Google is doing well financially because they get the best and brightest who thrive in this setting. The perks of hiring a winning team is that your company does well. Out here in Silicon Valley everyone of my high tech friends have talked about wanting to work at Google. The only time that had ever happened before was when Apple was at the top of their game.
