I think the only way of keeping a democracy clean is to remove any financial incentive to want to stay in power - that goes for any branch of the Government.

Ya know what's funny about this to me. I'm from Claremont and have known people that went to Claremont-McKenna...Rich ass school full of Rich ass entitled stuck up kids. That's how some of them were anyways.
