The guy is a pretty good actor by ST standards... who's under the makeup there? I want to say it almost looks like the crooked cop from Scarface. Not sure what that actor's name is...

Holy crap, I like the last spoken line.

"What you call Genocide, I call a days work." THAT is gonna be a footnote.

I enjoyed this show, mostly because it wandered in to spaces that Next Gen, with it's mission of peace/love/mungbeans, didn't touch. It was a far edgier show (along with Voyger) which came as a marked improvement post Roddenberry's death.

Sad to say it, but the message of universal peace is no where near as satisfying as a proud genocidal.. well, it's really hard to describe him as a maniac, he seems quite lucid. =)
