Haven't you read the explanation of this??! This is such a non-story. It is based on notepad examining the first unicode characters to determine encoding. Any ascii characters in the correct format will fo the same thing.

Sure, the explanation is simple, but for most people watching this video then trying it themselves, it's pretty interesting.
