A behind the scenes look at the workout and training for the movie 300. Looks really hard but also like a fun way to work out.

But one good thing: Now we all can tell our girls that these guys just have to be pros. you can't keep a shape like this if you have a regular day job. if you can make money out of working out, you get this. for all the rest of us: just let the girl's have their fun with it :-)
