Fox News Manipulates Test Then LIES About Driving High?

That would be so out of character ... say it ain't so. YouTube: Fox News created a news story with a test they designed to measure the accuracy of stoned drivers. I knew they would skew the truth of the test, so this video shows the undercover footage I took, to show how Fox News created this test to fail and reported false news to the state of Colorado on stoned drivers.

Why doesn't he take his stuff to a competing news channel?
In Australia there's two shitty shows that do these sorts of stories all the time, A Current Affair on Channel 9 and Today Tonight on Channel 7, and they NEVER pass up an opportunity to shit over the other one any chance they get

why not simply use a street sobriety field test? does a BAC or Delta 9 level serve as the only sufficient proof of intoxication in a court of law?
