First Television Appearance by "Weird Al" Yankovic

Wow, that's bad. In a good way, of course. We can all blame Weird Al for every single crappy parody tune that is played on morning radio, he was a pioneer in some sense.

I have hung onto a couple of his father's albums that my grandparents had. Frankie Yankovic, the Polka and accordian master. Apple doesn't fall far.

No, although they were friends for many years. (In October 1998, Frankie passed away at his home in Florida at the age of 83.)
