Farenheit 9/11 - Full Documentary

Ah that scene in the beginning, "The senate is missing", it's really moving... Until that fat clown announces that it's all about him, and his creepy, at once sulking and patronizing voice.

Half the movie is necessary tragedy, half of it is bitter fat guy. Take Michael Moore's awful, self-involved, histrionic narration out of this, and John Kerry gets elected.

I wish I could take Moore seriously, but anyone who paints a one-sided negative portrait about a person can't call themselves objective... and documentaries are intended to be objective (objectivity invites legitimacy, and allows us to choose what to believe on our own). I know Moore has said that this film isn't objective, that this film is his viewpoint on world events, but how can I in good faith watch this film knowing I'm only hearing one side of the story? It's like hearing someone bitch about their absent husband... it's called "creating a bitch line" and it's extremely unfair journaliam. Moore isn't approaching the topic with an open mind -- he's looking for information to rationalize his theories.

Had the BBC done their own documentary on this topic, we would have seen a much higher caliber of journalism, and a documentary worthy of that title. I'm glad someone posted this documentary so I can watch it without putting money in Moore's pockets.
