Family Terrorized By Crackheads

I don't know for sure, but I'm gonna guess these were a bunch of crackheads on a meth binge. They're all currently NOT facing charges, contrary to early reports. This is literally out of a scary movie!

Spokane, Washington.

Door opening, car kicking, motorcycle chasing grandpa Lawton Miller, no charges. (Why?)
Lying, car blocking crackhead woman, no charges and no release of her name. (Why?) It was not her car, btw. Her car was stolen by her friend YEARS EARLIER.
Menacing kid pretending to have a gun that jumped on the hood, no charges. (Why?) (Edit: he was arrested on a previous warrant, but apparently not charged with this incident)
The only one facing any charges is the "unknown male" who hit the car with his bicycle repeatedly....so no one faces charges at all, even though they all attacked as one gang.

I hope they all get the same treatment in spades.

I think had this been a group of black people attacking a white family in exactly the same way, every person involved would face charges except the kid on the hood who would be shot dead by police.
