PostMortemsays...When I saw the original comment about 'purity' by Kilmeade I thought, "OK, that's pretty stupid and totally inappropriate, but he's just had one of those moments when he opened his mouth but his brain wasn't engaged, he shouldn't be smeared as a racist on the basis of this one comment" (I'm not sure if he's made other questionable comments). All he needed to do was to say 'I'm sorry'.
However, the fact that it took him 12 days to apologize really pisses me off, and makes me think that my first reaction was probably wrong. So, fuck him and his apology!
MikesHL13says...It's about time.
demon_ixsays...I'm tempted to add this to lies channel.
I won't though, due to lack of actual evidence, but I don't believe he meant it at all. This reeks of a "network exec told me to apologize or look up the unemployment office on google maps" situation.
EndAllsays...A hollow, prepackaged apology..
EndAllsays...*fail
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Fail) - requested by EndAll.
westysays...1) who cares if sum one is racist on tv just makes them look dum in the first place
2) whats the point in apologizing who are thay apologizing to and for what perpouse
3) TV apologies are compleaty shit and pointless its like when they apologize for saying fuck compleaty redundant and Evan more redundant because 90% of the time they are saying it because they have to not because they want to.
the only people I have seen do worth while tv apolagise are the Japanese thay cry and go mental making it entertaining tv if annything.
therealblankmansays...Die in a fire, asshole.
videosiftbannedmesays...Not your "intention"? Intentions are just a direction; it's our actions that make us what we are. Fuck you and your insincere apology, assclown.
brycewi19says...Ladies and gentlemen, the first ever genuine apology heard on Fox News.
shuacsays...If not for the internet, this apology would never have happened. Yay interwebs!
