aidossays...yeah, that's really nicely done. I posted something along the same lines a while back. both clips are worth the investment.
Doc_Msays...<3 BT. I knew a dude who went to school with him. He apparently started out on the French horn. How's that for an upgrade? Plus being named Brian Transeau and helping to make "trance" music what it is today is just too right. I have a decent pile of vinyl with his name on it.
Very well edited video as well.
Whatever scientist OKed allowing those troops to approach the site of that test bomb oughta' be shot.

cheesemoosays...Nice music, what is it?
Doc_Msays..."Scientists don't command troops, commanders do."
Sure, but they ask doctors if it's an OK risk first. Common protocol then and now. Know your weapons. Know the dangers.

callistansays...Has it ever occurred to you, Doc_M, that military commanders were interested in the effects of atomic radiation on military and civilian personnel? You presume that probable harm would have shot down the plan to put them in harm's way, when it was the nature and magnitude of the harm that was in fact being tested.
Don't single out scientists as entirely culpable. Politicians and military commanders share the blame as well.

Doc_Msays...Possible. I tend to have a little more faith in humanity than that. I mean I've never met anyone twisted enough to think that way, and I've met some cold folks, but still, possible. On top of that, it's a lame experiment.
thehelixsays...That's awesome! I loved the music and how the footage was cued to it.
WolfDemonsays...man i love BT
marinarasays...I think captain kirk said that same bagivad gita quote on the andromeda tv show.
