This is one of the worst movies I've ever seen, but this scene is worth watching for the pompous-ass-dealer comedy sequence.
The dealership, seen in an exterior shot, it clearly set in Toronto, as is the short driving sequence, which takes place on Queen Street, right by the Eaton Centre.
In another scene you'll see the Paramount Theatre (now called the Scotiabank Theatre). This was especially hilarious because I attended the free screening of this movie *inside* the Paramount Theatre!
I love how even the Wikipedia entry says, "The story is set in Detroit, although many goofs in production make it apparent that most of the movie was filmed in Toronto, Ontario, Hamilton, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta."
This is sifted up to both share the comedy and to populate the "Green Light" collective a bit more. :)

rembarsays...Oh, oh my god. This video makes me wince so much it feels like I have a nervous tic.
Kruposays...Which means I placed it in the perfect collective!
Deanosays...Yes I saw this recently. The backstory of the guy who buys the car is the most ridiculous thing I ever saw. Still if you enjoy crappy Seagal movies it's great stuff!
gorgonheapsays...upvote for the mullet guy and crappy acting, crappy story, crappy movie, and general overwhelming sense of being submersed in crap.
siftbotsays...Expired in Queue - 4 day limit.
budzossays...Sadly I purchased a ticket to this one too. I actually fell asleep in the theatre. I remember just wanting it to end, it was so inane.
Kruposays...Not much time, let's do a self-*promote
