This was the first cut of Lord of the Rings. A few minor CG touchups were added later.

This is from the preschooler tv show "Yo Gabba Gabba!" which appears on Noggin. My 3 year old watches it sometimes, it's a weird show. A lot of celebrities appear on it. This was dubbed over as others pointed out.
