Comedic actress and singer Betty Hutton was as Big as Bob during WW2-She was USO mainstay, starred in dozens of films...most remembered for "Annie Get Your Gun" as Calamity Jane-Man, those gams!!

No doubt there will be some who refuse to vote for this post, simply because of the tags, based on their conditioning, and addiction to symbols, and catchy jingles. The war effort was a different animal in the 40's, as was the Military Industrial Complex, in its infant stages. Pity. Betty was a firecracker-she passed this year.
