DoJ Admits PATRIOT Act Used to Secretly Search in Non-terrorism Cases.

Only three of the 763 "sneak-and-peek" requests in fiscal year 2008 involved terrorism cases, according to a July 2009 report from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Sixty-five percent were drug cases.

The PATRIOT Act is such an unconstitutional Act and needs to be trashed.. But this is what happens when out leaders don't READ Bills before they vote on them. Can any one say Health care?

I followed you up until the last question. What are you trying to infer? Which politicians aren't reading the health care bill? Do you have any evidence that anyone isn't reading the health care bill? They've had plenty of time to read it, and they haven't even voted on it yet. Is there something in the health care bill that no one is noticing? Or are you just on some "they didn't real the bill" bandwagon?

I think they read the patriot act but signed it anyways out of politician gain or pressure.
