I would suggest it wasn't at all.

I hate people tagging things with 'banned' when they have no idea whether they actually were or not.

yes, i agree, i would put "banned" but ""s are not allowed in the tags. Whenever i something described as a "banned" commercial, I think that it is just a slightly risque commercial... like for people who are sensitive to seeing human bodies, hehe. There's certainly nothing here that would get this video banned in Norway at least.

The story behind this commercial is that the company itself decided not to air it. Centraal Beheer, a Dutch insurance company, has a long history of these kind of ads, but they thought this one to be too risky.
