Disney's early racist cartoon character, Bosco

Circa 1937. In the 1930's, Bosco and Honey were more popular than Mickey Mouse. Cartoon was based on minstrel show portrayals of African Americans.

This cartoon isn't loaded with negative stereotypes,I'd give it a 3 on a 1-10 scale. The kids are dressed in decent clothes and the girl has a farm and raises chickens.The dialect sounds southern United States and not overtly exaggerated though it's probably done by white voice characters. Seen way worse.

They did make the boy steal eggs though and you know in Hollywood theys' always reinforcing that old, "black folks steals eggs" stereotype!!
