antI barely remember this game's intro. Yeah, let's post more video game stuff.
Descent series was fun.
Xenstersays...Great post, man. I played Descent and Descent 2 with direct dial up connections to death against my buddy down the street when I was a kid... back then I thought that those graphics were "it".
9410says...This was probably one of the first games I ever played. I had to a friends house to play it because I didn't have a PC... Great memories, and yeah, its an awesome intro (The music and voice acting are especially impressive given the date)
TruckchaseOne of my favorite ever. Remember Kali?![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/teeth.gif)
spoco2Quite nice, and reminds me a lot of an 'audio intro' there was on one of the first ever games I played, Avenger on the ZX Spectrum (the space game, 1982, not some other ninja thing that came later). The second side of the audio tape that the game came on was a conversation between the pilot and someone else and it had the same feel.
Oh, and the very start of the music in this, almost identical to 'the anvil of Kron' theme from Conan.
Sylvester_InkMaterial Defender is the man . . .
Loved all 3 of the Descent games. Glad to hear more are on the way.
supersaiyan93Descent was the first game I ever bought. I remember seeing that it had true 360 degree range of motion, and I was floored by that.
