I first heard that urban legend about 10 years ago.

jwraysays...The differences in accents among David Mitchell, Patrick Stewart, and Richard Dawkins are as big as the differences in accents among George Bush, Jon Stewart, and guys in Fargo ND. Queen's English has a much more specific meaning than just anybody from England. I'm not even from England and I can tell the difference.
